gainpower.org, the Career Center, and job board need to be rebuilt as a single integrated system. The current platform is aging and siloed. A unified rebuild protects existing revenue through migration, enables new revenue streams (ATS, membership, directory), and powers everything else we do.
The GAIN ATS is a purpose-built applicant tracking system for progressive organizations — the first sector-native ATS designed for the unique hiring patterns of campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy groups. Pilot with 10–20 partner orgs Q4 2026, commercial launch December 2026. Year 2 target: 200 orgs at $2,500/year = $500K+ recurring revenue.
